'Lo que queda', a documentary about chef Laura Veraguas

"The documentary Lo que queda offers an intimate look into the life and vision of Catalan chef Laura Veraguas. Directed by filmmakers Rosie Zopfi and Dries Vanherwegen, it narrates the culinary journey of the chef and her innovative approach to haute cuisine.

The project was born out of a six-month collaboration after the filmmakers met Laura and her partner, Andrea Escriche, while searching for stories about empowered women transforming Barcelona—a culinary superpower.

Laura's story, marked by rebellion, innovation, and a passion for sustainable and creative cuisine, reflects a gastronomic philosophy centered on respect for food and those who consume it. Through her project Ver Aguas, which she co-directs with Escriche, she offers gastronomic consultancy services, catering and personalized events, as well as training through tailor-made classes for professionals and individuals. Always with a plant-based focus."
